No lose, but no gain! I am back at work and back eating my own cooking. Last night I felt so bad (aching joints from the cold damp weather and the Lupus) that I changed my dinner plan to turkey sloppy joes and baked fries and green beans. The extra sodium may be why I have not lost anything. I also canceled my exercise and did not go to church last night. I went straight to bed. I curled up under the electric blanket and read a book until I fell asleep.
Tonight is grilled chicken!
