My Measurements and this is my 19th day of my fast I have lost 10 pounds! 1/2 a pound a week is great success considering I am 56 years old. It's been cold here in Fort Worth so I have not been as active as I would like but I am still content this far with my results. I took my measurements because it's really hard to believe that I am going to have a "normal" stature in a weight loss of 19 more pounds or my goal weight of 136 pounds. It's kinda bitter sweet because I saw a video the other day that talked about "Skinny Fat" that although the numbers and the look with clothes on are there the fact is you still have an unsafe amount of body fat. I know that I can only conquer one thing at a time and this hurdle is just getting down to a healthy normal weight. My measurements are as follows;

Chest: 38"
Waist: 38"
Hips: 38"
Legs 21"
Calfs: 16"
Neck: 13"
Arms 12"
