Exciting food tip here: I was in the mood for a burger and just got home from the grocery store. I bought Boca burgers which I had forgot all about. Anyway, I cooked one up and put it on a light hamburger bun. The whole thing bun and all was only 3 WW points! It was good too! Total calories for both was 170, 3 g. fat, and 7.5 grams fiber! I have been meaning to write a good food idea list and post it here. I hope to do it soon so be on the lookout!

Looking forward to it! Hey, do they taste like pretend meat? I have some here in the freezer and am afraid I will be disappointed with them. I just don't like may veggies. ;-(

Boca burgers are good!! You can get all kinds too. Plus Morningstar farms has some good ones too.

Wow! I had no idea that Boca burgers were so low in calories. I will have to search them out (I know our regular grocery store doesn't carry them... I hope they are available in Canada) since my daughter has declared she wants to go vegetarian. I found some veggie burgers that claim to be "the best tasting veggie burger" but they are quite high in calories and fat, especially in comparison. Thanks for the endorsement!

Oh yes, boca burgers are delicious and in our regular stores, here in the states, anyways. :)

I have always wondered about the burgers. Since they are getting rave reviews, I suppose I should give them a try?!

Boca burgers are really good! And if you like corn dogs, try the veggie corn dogs. To me they are better than the real deal. Dip it in some mustard and it's only 4 WW points!

Okay, which is better Boca or Morningstar? And to answer the ? of being expensive, I want to say they were 3 or 4 dollars for the box, and it had several patties in it. So, no, not expensive.

To me, the best tasting is Morningstar Farms Grillers Prime, but they are higher in fat and calories. I eat the Bocas, which are also very good and lower in fat and calories. There are 4 patties in a box.

The boca I got is the All American Flame Grilled. It doesn't taste totally like a burger, but it is a great subsitute. I sprayed my bun with pam too and put that on the griddle too so it was toasted. The Morningstar ones are good too, however those have I think 170 cal. and 9 grams of fat versus 100 cal. and 4.5 g of fat. Both are high in fiber. I do eat the Morningstar "sausage" patties all the time for breakfast. I will often cook one of those with one egg. (4 pts) If you want it to be more decadent, put it on a light english muffin with a little sprinkle of cheese for a 5 pt. breakfast sandwich that is awesome. Either of these are $3.50-$4.00 per box.

I just ate one of the Boca Original burgers. It was pretty good. I am just really skeptical of pretend meats. I ate it with 2 slices of bread and a regular piece of sliced cheese, then dipped it in ketchup. I will eat it again! Thanks for your help everyone! P.S. I fixed it on my George Foreman grill, but about a quarter piece of it stuck to the top, so next time I fix it will be either on the stovetop or spray grill first with non-stick spray.
