Hey yo.

Well, I start moving. Hip Hip Hooray!! I do some jumpings, squats, crunches etc which are all easy and I could do them at home. : ) Besides, I restrict myself not to eat after 7pm which in turn indicate that I stop my night time bingeing. And also, i kinda eat less junk food and have no desire. I was surprised when I just ate 5 biscuits and felt satisfied. Yadda! However, I hit some bar and club and had drinkss last night. That was bad. I tried to restrict myself not to overdrink thou. I had 2 glasses of tiger beer, tequila with sprite, waterfall (this is a cool drink), long island. I googled whethere alcohol is fattening and this came out:

Alcohol itself provides 7 kcal/g, and many alcoholic drinks also have quite a high sugar/carbohydrate content, boosting the total calorie content further. Excess calories from alcoholic drinks can, therefore, lead to fat gain.

Aww. Thats sux. T3T Tonight, I'm gonna go to a friend's house as he organises a house party and then I'll hit a local club. Alcohol is unavoidable. Lots of parties to attend. But, i usually lose my appetite after having alcohol. Is that a good thing? Anyhow, I'm gonna reduce my alcohol intake after this week.

Besides, my boyfriend told me he lost 8kgs since last March yesterday. Whoah! whooping 8kgs! What a huge number. He is such an inspiration and motivation to me. He eats kinda healthily. He goes to gym daily. Hmmmm..

Frankly, he is not fat at all. He just wants to build up muscles and get tanked. I thought muscles weigh more but in fact he is shrinking. Wow. I'm diffident by thinking lots of hot chics approaching him. LOL probably am thinking too much. Anyhow, I WILL reach my goal (50kg) by the time i see him.

Just hang in there and keep up the exercising & eating healthy daily which is good for your overall health. I think you'll do great buddy. :)
