I have been progressing very well these last two weeks even though I have been having a drink and sometimes a glass or two of red wine. I was going to wait until I reached 160 to introduce berries into my diet, but I think I will have some blackberries a couple of times this week.
I still struggle to eat the proper servings of vegetables and will try harder this week.
Even though it's Christmas, I will try to avoid most treats.
