A slight gain this week of .2 lbs. I'm not concerned, I think it's just one of those daily fluctuations. I am monitoring my weight with a three day average and the trajectory is down. Last week I added raspberries and also increased my daily calories, so I think I will keep to this plan for another week without any new foods and see how things go. The regularity of my eating has been off, I have been late starting and going a little long before eating during the holidays. I will try to get back to a more timely routine as I have noticed a desire for something sweet or a feeling of hunger,( which is unusual)creeping up on me. Perhaps this is because of waiting too long to eat. My measuring tape is showing progress, albeit a slow one. All in all, things are going in the right direction.
