Diet - poor.
Exercise - missed 2 days.
Catch up - doubled today and ate better.
Will double exercise tomorrow or Saturday.
Need to stay on track to hit 1 mile per day.
Along with mile a day, also hitting between 20 - 25 min of sustained walk. So, all walks end up totaling over 1.5 miles. The 20-25 min is my personal goal that I added to the challenge I'm doing.
