Ate lots of meat etc over the past week during travel. Also got a new scale that shows weight about a half a pound less that old scale.
231.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   losing 0.4 lb a week
