Aside from a small amount of ab work, did no cardio or strength training, recovering from minor chest cold. But ate the right things most meals most days, low fat plant based whole foods. I think my body did not handle the 4 days of under 700 calories when I was testing a liquid fast a couple of weeks ago. Back to slow and steady while cranking up the cardio once I feel a little better.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   gaining 1.0 lb a week
