Really wish I could find an activity partner or at least an email buddy to help me be more accountable. I would like to share this experience with someone and feel like I am actually doing something to make a difference in myself. It's not really encouragement I need or at least I don't think it is but rather someone to be accountable so I am more motivated. I've looked through the forums and you don't really see the same people out there consistently if they are out there I haven't been able to identify them. I am down to 158 today but we will see on weigh in day. Hopefully less. My meal replacement diet is going well, I am not experiencing hunger and I feel energetic. 12-18-2013
