Finally I've touched one stone lost (fourteen punds for my colonial cousins), thank the Lord for that. I have a real sense of achievement, another five pounds and I will have lost one tenth of my body mass as it was when I started this journey. I'm fitter healthier and look better than I have done for years. I see myself in the mirror and think, yeah that looks good (ok so I still suck my gut in a bit)where I used to look and think "you've really go to do something about that". Its just about will power and exercise it really is, I know thats a difficult path but you can have it you've just got to work on it.
