Still not sure how exactly i feel about this whole thing. i had to eat a lot on friday... light headed and dizzy. I don't know if it was my blood pressure or my blood sugar. so i've been stalling and gaining ever since. I've lost a pound since weighing this morning so that give me hope that tomorrow will be better. I'm also trying to switch up my meal times. I'm going more for a 10:30-11:00am time frame for meal 1 and a 4:30-5:00 time range for meal 2. since i get up before the butt crack of dawn, waiting til noon to eat just isn't working. makes me pretty tired in the after noon. i seem to have higher energy levels late at night, so i'm wondering if i need to take the drops earlier too, to adjust to my early birding.

I had that dizziness problem too, for about 2 months. I'm on Atkins and realized it was lack of electrolites. Try to get a decent dosage of potassium, magnesium, calcium, and sea salts every day! Heat up beef or chicken broth, full salt, and sip that when you're feeling woozie.
