portion control! ack!
2 suggestions. 1 measure out your normal dishes/glasses you use. Then you'll be able to guess more accurately. (example - when eating yogurt from a large, multi-serving container, i just fill up my small 1 cup bowl) 2 - leave measuring spoons/cups in what you use the most (example - i leave a tablespoon measuring spoon right in the canister with my splenda.)
