Last night I did something that I haven't done in a long time. I got out our Vidalia Chopper and chopped up a ton of veggies. I mixed them all in a big bowl and it should be enough to last for a few days. There will be no excuses that nothing healthy is available.
Today we are having yet another holiday work party and I'm very happy to report that I got a cup full of fruits: strawberries, cantalope, melon, raspberries, blueberries, etc.
We decided to move the wedding date up and have it in Philadelphia. We are getting married over my spring break on March 5th. We are meeting with the representative for the venue on Monday night at 7. The pricing came back so much more than we had anticipated to do it in the Bahamas and we are just frustrated and ready to be married already!!! :)
