Today, I did as directed in the video. Then, of course, I calculated my calories. Much better today than on Monday. Stayed under 20 carbs but still a little over in my RDI's.

Trying to do this without writing every thing. First day I did it right. Now to get day two under my belt. My 1st goal is to actually get 1 week under my belt. I don't think I've actually done that yet without messing up, even a little.
