Making molasses cookies for a holiday party definitely set of my sweet cravings last night!
104.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a few cookies last night but I decided that was not at all what I wanted nor is it ever usually so I am just going to eat real food since that is what is actually satisfying me. I would rather eat prunes if I want some thing a little sweeter.

I was doing well until I started my second batch of cookies. :) Basically, I placed them in the oven, set the timer, and took the dog outside. When I came back into the house the smell was intoxicating! I had to try one cookie from each batch... You know for quality control purposes! :P

So you remembered to try one from the first batch too right? If not you better go check them out too. :) I ate dark chocolate pecan ones. Nothing seems to be settling well in my belly though. I had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy with green beans 3 hours ago and my belly still feels blah.
