I decided to go back and enter the weight I was on 11/29 the day after Thanksgiving, where I had gained 9 lbs.. I didn't enter it then because I didn't want to see that every time I went to Fat Secret site, it would have been too discouraging. I did weight in today & am 1 lb down from where I was before Thanksgiving so although I am 10 lbs down today, I am actually still heading in the right direction, but not ready to pat myself on the back yet. I am going to celebrate the 10 lbs down though because I did work very hard to take that off.. I know this make no sense to anyone else but it does to me.. My celebration will be to go Xmas shopping for my grandchildren with my new stamina..
220.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
