It is hard to be patient with my body while it adjusts to a lower caloric intake. From past experiences I know that when I try harder my body gains for a few weeks and then BANG it drops! Can't wait for the drop - must keep trying! I'm doing well right now even if my scale doesn't show it. My clothes are fitting looser. Big SMILE!
