Well not to much to report except another pound down!! GO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sticking to this way of eating. need some more breakfast ideas thou I have been having sausages and tomatoes and cucumbers because I'm kinda sick of eggs, but still love them. If anyone reads this and has any breakfast ideas please let me know. *Smile* good luck to every one today.

Yay for the loss!! Have you tried maybe getting some low carb tortillas and making a breakfast, mexican, pizza, or deli meat burrito?? You can add to your prefrence and let me tell ya... they are D-lish!!!!

Cream cheese pancakes. 8oz cream cheese softenend, 6 eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Cook on skillet on med, 4 min on one side, 2 min on the other. Top with sugar free pancake syrup. :)

When you are in a hurry a smoothie is always a good idea. You can make one with 1 cup of water, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tsp of vanilla, and a little cinnamon. Blend with ice cubes. This version has about 1 carb (depending on what kind of protein powder you use). If you like a creamier smoothie you can add a Dannon low carb and sugar yogurt cup (4 net carbs). I also like to add a tablespoon of both ground flaxseed and flaxseed oil to mine, but not everyone likes to use flax. As you get into later stages of Atkins you can add some berries, just remember to count the extra carbs!
