237.0 lbs today .... at 9:00 a.m. i went up from the last weigh in but ill get there again I need to work at NOT foraging at nite ingested food till around midnite
next weight # is 235.2 or less, that weight was Nov 19th i think
this 237.0 lbs is really good if compared to #'s before , earlier that day like 242.? .... so thats a loss of (((( 5 whole lbs )))) .. i know loosing to fast is not good ... ill slow down when i get to 235 lbs

yay, made it to 235.4 .... still need to beat 235.2 .....
