What the fuck? Brb killing myself

Our water weight shifts constantly. Look at your diet yesterday and see if you ate too much salt. It could be from many factors. You might need to tighten the diet to get those last pounds off. Maybe try a week of 1300 a day. The less you weigh and the less you have to lose, the harder getting the pounds off becomes. You could also focus more on getting lean (losing fat). Are you exercising? Exercise can be your best friend when taking off a little weight and help you keep it off.

Thanks for the comment... I'm a student so it's hard to find the time, but I do try to exercise whenever I can.
