So, Kristin has lost 16 lbs and looks even skinnier than she did. Jake says he's happy at 172, which is where I'm about at and I'm about 6 inches shorter than him. And Dave is at 168 which is less than I weigh, and he's older and about 6 inches taller too. How sad. That just doesn't make me feel good about myself. What am I going to do about it? I can't let my father and brother in law weigh less than me, that's embarrassing! Today's the day, starting and not going to sabotage myself.
