What am I doing differently? Its funny how eating less actually makes me feel better! Less junkfood, less fatty foods, less high carb entrees. Less. And MORE! More lean protein and veges with a few fruits to boot. Now lets see if I can keep this up. Hmmmm... my guess is up until Christmas...but its a start!
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

I realized too that over eating makes me SICK!! So, I plan my meals and keep them small so I do not make myself feel like crap!!
