Weight is up way too high. I've got to follow a strict routine to get it down over a stone.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 153.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've come so far and maintained so well for such a long time, I'm sure that you will overcome this minor setback as well and get back down to where you want to be. It's always great when you catch the weight gain early and nip it in the bud. I only wish that I followed that advice. Good luck, I know you shall persevere.
