Mondays are always a stretch for me after being out of town over the weekend b/c my fridge is nearly empty and I haven't planned. I did OK yesterday. Actually came in 1pt under my daily points - which I know is not ideal. Also missed 1 serving of dairy, oil and veggies.

Today is planned a little better so I will meet all my points and should be able to get to the gym tonight w/out a problem.

Woke up this morning to no hot water, so forgot to weight in. I'm thinking about using this site to track daily weigh ins to see my daily fluctuaions (I weight daily anyway) since I track the weeklies other places.....


OK, reevaluated yesterday and I was actually 1pt over goal, so that's cool, still missed several of the healthy guidelines though.

Tonight I have my menu planned to dip into my Weekly points to meet all my healthy guidelines and get a protein supplement in to support my workout. Going to do a killer strength protein tonight too.

The new momentum guideline of tracking weekly points before AP's and banking AP's is throwing me for a loop mentally.
