It has been a while since I came on fatsecret, and my oh my, how it has changed. I don't quite like this new interface, but I suppose, like with everything else, it's a matter of getting use to it.
I love fatsecret. I have lost a good 14kgs to date, and I have dropped 3 dress sizes. I have 5 more kgs to go and then it is about maintaining. But I'm not going to push it, but relax, enjoy my food, and enjoy the ride. It has been a pleasant journey, and it is getting even more pleasant these days being able to fit into almost any dress, and actually pulling of the desired look.
