And.... have been eating the SAD for a while, and my weight and overall health are reflecting that state of events. Which aggravates my yearly dilemma of "do I bake for the holidays, or eat like a smart, trying to be a good healthy example for4 my children person should?"
Umm.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Pick one day to bake a few things. Maybe sugar cookies and have the kids decorate them. You can keep some for your family and give some away. That way you don't have too many.
