suffered with tonsillitis since Thursday, so my diet has been shocking, consisting of lost of ice-cream and toast and grans chicken soup. Feel very bloated and 3lbs has crept on (probably water weight from bread), no running or netball either over the weekend, which means my body's become stiff! back on track today as im feeling much better! back to netball training tonight and possibly a cheeky cycle.
