Woah! I don't know how small you are but 1300 calories seems very small for anyone. I hope you aren't starving yourself. :)

oh dear, I'm on 1400kcal (given to me by my dietitian on friday!! Do you think I will starve myself on it?? I will start it tomorrow, I will tell you if it is feasible in a weeks time!!
