So I remembered enjoying this site and have made an official return to the fun 🤩. I have not really lost or really gained any tremendous weight. I have unfortunately lived the great adage it’s better to have loved 🥰 than not way too many times of late. Through it all I am ok being me and return to liking me. I have been brought low sometimes and find that fitness helps. I purchased a bike recently and at first it was the best thing going since slice bread but recently I bought the dreaded cleats. I hate them sometimes I can get out of them but sometimes I can not. Soooo freaking dangerous it’s insane. ESP with cars also I am not getting any faster and the gears ⚙️ changes are brutal. Cycling 🚴🏾‍♀️ has become torture. With COVID looming around I can’t confidently go to my gym. Although I take a few Zumba classes outside here and there.
My real reason to returning is I want to get back into all the fitness dvds 📀 I use to do and had so much fun. I was in shape back then and stronger 💪🏾 I hope others will chime in and I am going to start some how a group. I started a group on Facebook with positive fitness challenges and events etc but seriously 😒 the girls in the group are soooo lackluster they rarely post anything in the group and their excuses are at the point beyond lame. Day one of the challenge everyone post day 5 maybe two. I remind them via msg I get a response I see some posting in other groups but not in this group 😞 . I want the group to be Active meaning if you join you do not mind posting and will participate. I am some tired of the lame likes but no work.
