I made a point of fitting in at least 30 minutes of exercise for every day this week except one. However, I just didn't do what I needed to do in regards to my eating. There are just too many temptations this time of year. I'm afraid my will power fizzled this week. Next week will be better. Sorry Golden Grinches for the added pounds. I will work hard to get back on track next week.

Diet Calendar Entries for 12 December 2008:

Those holiday temptations are everywhere!!! Even the bank had cookies and hot drinks out for us. You did great on the exercise...think how much worse it could have been. You are only 7 lbs from your goal, imagine..You could be at goal by New Years Day...and be a New You too!!! Im sure you will be fine. The reason we are in a holiday challenge is because we all know how hard they are to make it through. You're doing great... This is a new week now

Hi Patty!! Janelleas is right, the temptations are everywhere!!! No worries.. We know that we want get through the holidays with a loss, we also know that we will never spend the rest of our lives depriving ourselves of our favorite foods, we will just do it less often and enjoy it more!! Great job on the exercise all this week, if your eating a few extra calories or carbs... burn more calories and carbs! We're here for ya! Keep your eyes on the prize so to say. Journal about the goal, see yourself at the goal and YOU WILL reach the goal!!!

ohhh I like what stormi said eating "cheat" foods that are favories...we'll do it less often and enjoy it more!! Im gonna steal that and use it often.. specially the "enjoy it more" part !:D
