Another pound lost. That's 2 lbs. in 2 days. What's crazy about that is that I went even further over my RDI yesterday! I did workout, however. I didn't get in a jog like I wanted, but I did get in a 30-minute Sculpt workout involving resistance bands. It's amazing how that kind of workout can be tougher in some ways than a longer high-intensity cardio workout. At one point I thought I was actually getting close to passing out. First time ever that's happened, and I actually had to back off a little.
I've read that eating eggs can result in weight loss, and I've eaten two eggs per day on each of those two days that I lost a pound a day, but I'm not sure if it's just coincidence or not. I was under the impression that eggs helped curb your appetite so you would take in less calories. In my case, I went over my RDI yet still lost a pound on each of those days. I'll continue to weigh every day to see if there might be a connection. If so, there will be a lot more eggs in my diet from now on.
