Dieting - Help Meh
It sounds to me like 1500 calories is a good range for you. I wouldn't worry about the loss slowing, 3 lbs. a week is actually very good! I would love to lose 3 lbs. a week and I admire your determination!

The less you weigh, the less calories you will need to take in to lose the same amount of weight per week, but I wouldn't go down from where you are right now until maybe you get under 200 lbs., even if your weight loss slows before then. You don't want to feel deprived or lose weight too fast.

As for the carbs, what kind are you eating? If it's mostly white bread, white pasta, white rice, etc., I would start by switching to fiber-rich carbs such as whole grain/whole wheat, and brown rice. Also for a time you might consider replacing some of the white potatoes with sweet potatoes (or sweet potato fries).

I don't have any advice on supplements, etc., as I personally believe from what I've read/heard that they aren't necessary and some of them can actually be harmful. If you eat a well-balanced diet you will be okay and it is much better to get vitamins from food. Just my personal opinion, though. Feel free to ignore Smile

If you're still eating a lot of sweets, try to replace some of them with your favorite fruit (stick with the berries most of the time if you can), maybe made into a healthy smoothie. Avoid fruit juices except in small amounts since they don't contain any fiber. I'm working on replacing sweets myself as I struggle with wanting frozen yogurt every day and love soda as well.

Doing TURBO FIRE ~ should I count it as Boxing?
Anyone else doing Turbo Fire or done it in the past? I'm wondering if Boxing is a good replacement Exercise and burns about the same amount of calories, since Turbo Fire obviously isn't listed on the Exercise list, Lol. "Aerobics" isn't a sufficient replacement since Turbo Fire is much more intense and involves extremely fast-paced punching and kicking, more along the lines of the intensity of Insanity by Shaun T (Turbo is considered to be for those of an Advanced fitness level and will get you into "Athlete" shape). Opinions?
