I'm so close to having my BMI right, so close to having lost a stone, so close to my Xmas target, just so close to everything. I really need to keep this up this week or I'll get cocky and throw it all away like I have done with other things in my life. After this week we're going to push on with the weights, really try and get a good shape for Christmas.
