First swim lesson this morning! What I learned is that I don't know how to breathe! Apparently, I pant when I should be "rhythmic" breathing. So something to work on before next Saturday. Following an hour of swimming, I did my 35 minutes on the elliptical and then walked a mile. How doing housework. Am I compensating with exercise rather than dealing with hubby leaving in 7 days for Saudi Arabia? I guess I could be doing worse things - wine, chocolate, pizza, chips, etc. did I mention wine, better yet wine slushy!

I used to do a lot of swimming when I was training for triathlons in my 30s. It is incredible exercise and a great way to get toned. Wait til you get to alternate side breathing- it's lot of fun. (no sarcasm, it really is) :)
