Actually, it has gone down. Started at 232.8 and lost 1 lb in a day. Vegas hotel room had a scale (I thought that was weird, but took advantage of it, just realized I forgot to notate here. Getting ready for annual Harvest Fest, no structured exercise required! Acquired a nasty cold. UGH!!! Have a diet journal that stares at me when I don't write what I eat down. The first couple of weeks are the hardest. Literally writing versus online. Online I've learned to ignore...therefore it is not an accurate food journal! Still will be weighing in and putting some info in. Started p90x Monday. Forgot to bring Turbo Fire. And since Thursday, been working on Harvest Fest stuff. Happy 2nd November!!!!
