Hip,hip hooray! I lost 2 lbs and reached goal weight today. I had to get up early and record it. I am going on to maintenance now with a big smile. This is the lowest I have weighed in years and it sure feels great.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
