I'm starting to emotional stress nibble (taking in more carbs than I should). However, when I start to feel discouraged, I read some of the other members' journals and it helps. Thanks everyone for all of the support!

I do the same, especially when it comes to school related stress (medical school can be pretty daunting!) I've noticed chewing gum helps calm my cravings (especially fruit flavored gum, its almost like a dessert, lol) Highly recommend Wrigley's 5 Elixir, saves me from reaching for the chocolate covered pretzels!
