don't know how this is happening. recording everything.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you have too much sodium yesterday? Did you drink enough water to flush out sodium and keeps things moving? Did you start a new exercise program or change your old one? Muscles retain water to help them heal which can show as a temporary gain on the scale. Many thing effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. It may be something simple and gone in a couple of days.
