Today is a new day, so I am back on track, after my pizza down fall yesterday. Yesterday, I bought an ab roller. I used to have one, but when I moved my son threw it away! My son said that he never saw me use it. Duhhh, of course not, he was in bed when I'd do it before I went to work. Sooo, it took me a half an hour to get it together and I still couldn't get 2 of the screws in. It's okay though, I have the rest of them in so tight, that even I couldn't get it apart. I also, bought a 10 min. solution slim and sculpt pilates dvd. I thought there were only 3 different 10 minute exercise sets, but there's actually 5. It came with 2 stretch bands too. I couldn't really afford it, but dang, it's been a long time since I actually spent money on things, I DIDN'T HAVE TO HAVE, but I wanted. That felt really good. Today I'm making Bully's chicken stew recipe. I've already made the salmon cakes and taffy apple salad from the cookbook. I've been really pleased with the results. I'm looking forward to trying all the recipes, that, I've put in my cookbook. We didn't get the bad weather that we were supposed to! YAY!!! Sorry this is so long. HELP! I've started talking and can't shut up. LOL!
