I can't get along with my dvd player. I hate it that it's smarter than I am. :-) I bought the 10 minute solution tape and I'd either push the wrong exercise (I want to do the flexibilty one, first) and then couldn't get to the one I wanted or I'd end up at the beginning, with the woman explaining everything. Geeze, I'll figure THAT out tomorrow. I did 70 ab exercises, 35 each of 2 different ones and then I did 35 on each side, for the waist AND I walked for 30 minutes! I wanted to do the 10 minute solution, too. (said in my whiniest voice)

You need an elementary school kid to help you - they seem to be able to do anything technical! :) Great job with the exercise!
