Started weight watchers today by attending my first meeting. I did it once before but couldn't stick to it. I always want what I can't have. Well, I am goin to stick it this time, no matter what My husband says. He is right I still eat the same junk a him, now that has to change. Or honest the junk, I am just goin to have to eat healthy and enjoy it. I will have to find a way.

On WW, there is nothing you can't have. That being said, you still need to get in your healthy guidelines. Look at this as a new adventure. Read all your materials. Get motivated and excited for the new you. Go to Walmart and get a cork board and make an inspiration board out of it. Put pictures, quotes, recipes etc. anything that will get you motivated. Write out all the reasons you want to lose weight and keep them posted on the fridge. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Put money in a pot and when you get to 10 pounds (or whatever you choose), get yourself something nice (not food). Read all your materials. Plan out a few breakfasts and lunches for the first few weeks that you know the points of to make it easier and you can interchange them. Spread your points through out the day (ex:. 5pt breakfast, 8pt lunch, 10pt dinner 3pt snacks ....depending on your point allowance). Eat every few hours so you don't get hungry. Get in your lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies). Plan a sweet snack daily if it's something you enjoy. If you go out to eat, look up the information and budget your points for it. Stay strict during the week and give yourself more leeway on the weekends. Get moving! Make a small home gym with some workout dvds, a mat and some light hand weights. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Drink you water. Take new exercise classes. Get subsciptions to fitness magazines.
