Money has been a major factor in eating lately. I have not had much of any to be able to eat correctly. Nor a vehicle to get to the store with. I find that those around me are not supportive of my dietary restrictions and even get upset about them, wondering why I don't just eat normal things like everyone else. However on the bright side my amount of exercise has increased drastically.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I understand unsupportive people. My DH loves to insult me by waving food in my face that he knows I cannot and will not eat, making smart comments as he does. Are you within a few miles to walk to a store? I have had to do that before when we've only had one vehicle. Even when money is really tight, you can find a way to eat the healthy, Atkins way. Eggs are fairly reasonable and you can combine that with some reasonably priced meat like chicken or ground beef (maybe not the best cuts, but still protein). It is better to eat on fat/protein and fore go veggies instead of eating off plan.
