I gained a pound this week and it was completely my fault. I wasn't doing anything I was supposed to be doing. I need something to keep me motivated. I work out and eat right and don't see the results I was hoping to see so I quit and end up right back where I started; it's a never ending cycle. I need to find something to keep me going even if I don't have a good week. Let's see if I can find it this week!
