Me and the childrens on T-day (minus my oldest)...

Hope ya'll had a great one.. .I gave myself the day to eat whatever...and did fine... very small portions on the lotta carb items I chose.... tablespoon of dressing, cranberry sauce...etc.. my big spurge was pumpkin pie (minus crust) and a small portion of strawberry cake with cream cheese icing. VERY pleased, satisfied and back...on the road again.

One question I have been asked ...ALOT... is don't you feel great/better? And honestly... I could tell "some" but not like...OMGosh! this is amazing.... until Thanksgiving eve. I have one client who I deliver to at the end of the day...she has SEVERAL arrangments..and I place them. I was on the drive there this year...and realized... "wow... i still have energy... i still can go shopping for the holiday..." It just crystalized the moment for me. Yet another thing to be grateful for.
