OK, I'm frustrated! I thought i would have lost at least 2 pounds by this week, b/c i lost inches and my clothes are loser.But as Trent Shelton (You Tube) said- you have to put in ugly work. So I'm gonna up my game and hopefully next Friday will give me a better number.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

The scale is only one way to show weight loss success. How our clothes fit is another. I had a friend go down4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for a couple of months. She kept losing fat and building lean muscle. She was getting smaller and leaner. You can be skinny and still have too much unhealthy fat. So fat loss is actually way more important than just the scale. I know it's hard, but the scale will eventually catch up. Just keep at it!!
