222.6 is my number...now to maintain within 2 lbs (+/-) for 3 weeks...but I start my 1200 cals on Sunday!!!!!! Some people say this is the hardest part of the diet it...trying to stabilize your weight...I pray to God I don't have issues and it just happens...I think it would break my heart to gain even a pound after the sacrifices I went through this month.

As for inches my Bust went from 47 to 44, Waist 46 to 43.5, and Hips 50 to 47.

I've still got a ways to go, but I"m happy with the loss...I can finally wear some of my clothes again...once I hit onederland I will be able to fit into the rest of them :)

I've never been to onederland, at least not since I left it at such a rapid pace in my teens lol. Don't be afraid of your 1200 calories, and don't be afraid of some fluctuation. Remember that your body is going to hold on to more fluids for digestion once you're actually eating! It will level off and hopefully with the added energy you'll be able to be more active. Look at it this way, with eating right and activity you will be sure every pound lost is fat, not muscle.. not water. When in doubt, watch those measurements. You are doing awesome :-)

I wouldn't go carb crazy when you go up to 1200 a day at first. Carbs make us hold water and you may see a jump on the scale. Maybe add them in with some fruit and slowly till your body gets used to the calories and other foods. Good luck!

Thanks guys...I'm actually going to keep carbs really low 20 grams or less a day for the next couple of months...since I"m already in Ketosis I thought I would follow that diet...no starches and no sugars...high fat and moderate protein. I'm super excited about expanding my food list :)
