Major walk this AM....3.8 miles. Just 1.5 with doggies along, as it's warm, very humid, and little to no breeze. Add a few degrees and this is just like a hot, humid summer day!
Went a bit further because my exercise plan will be off schedule tomorrow. I've got a lot of AM cooking to do to get things ready for DH's Thanksgiving work luncheon. The "festivities" will go on for the entire afternoon.
I messed up my food a bit yesterday and ended up with higher-than-I'd-like calories. I was trying to make sure I had enough protein, so I added another couple pieces of chicken to my dinner. When I logged those pieces, however, I found I apparently had not needed them to get my protein in after all. Oh well...could be a whole lot worse. While my weight is 185, I "should" be a pound or so lighter.
I'm really beginning to detest these 180's!! Wa-a-a-a-y too sticky!

Brrrrrrrrrr.....nicer here in Florida, just a few miles from the Gulf! Grew up in the Midwest, so I know all about your temps, snow, and ice. Still have a snow shovel and ice scrapers (and knit hats, scarves, boots, gloves, parkas, etc.)!

I'm on my way for a visit Sandy!!!!! I was snowed/iced in at home Sunday and Monday - and more messy weather will be arriving here (Minneapolis) tomorrow afternoon, just in time for the afternoon commute home :P

Great! Bring me a snowman, wouldja??? I can always use extra eyes and hands with brooms shagging those little lizards out of the pool enclosure when it gets warm out! LOL!! I hate those little buggers (they're actually various species of anoles), even though they're harmless and eat a lot of bad bugs. They only seem to get in the enclosure when it's transitional weather like this; when it's cold, they're somewhere else seeking shelter and when it's hot, they're somewhere else looking for a bit of coolness.
