Down to 224.2 for a morning weign-in after a fasting day. Did juicing twice yesterday and then a yogurt with chia seeds added in the evening. Will do about the same today and then start adding some solid food on Wednesday for breakfast and lunch, and then juicing for dinner. Will do this for the remainder of the week if not the month. Have an event scheduled for the 30th, so will eat out that day.
223.3 lb Lost so far: 101.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Bill, thanks for the idea on the book and the support ie eat a protein bar. LOL. I do know I need to exercise I just HATE it so :) And I did eat a protein bar, then another and then some Atkins peanut butter cups. Likely around 600 calories. Sigh. I would have been better with the chocolate bar - maybe! Anyway, lots of protein. So hope hubby cooks something lighter tonight. It is what it is, isn't it :) Again appreciate you being there :)
