Good Afternoon, A busy Monday. House Cleaning, doing my mom's laundry and grocery shopping - whew!!! After the Morning fog, it is BEAUTIFUL. Well, I weighed in this Morning and to my surprise, I've lost 2.4 lbs. I've gone from 205.6lbs on September, Down to 192.2 here on October 21, 2013. I've lost a total of 13.4 lbs -YES. YES - YES - YES!!!! My Low Carb Plan is going very well. Ahhh, I think I'll take a nap now. .....Marlene.
